Alliance Performance Systems’ co-founder Dave Myers built the organization on the principle that succeeding in this business is about more than simply meeting client expectations. True success, he believes, only comes when we exceed client expectations. Alliance’s consistently high level of performance allows us to develop and sustain long-term partnerships with clients.

While our goal is always to maintain a healthy relationship with you and your organization, Alliance Performance Systems, unlike other firms, does not place obstacles in your path as you work to develop the capabilities necessary to support our training solutions internally. We do not act as gatekeeper to our solutions or parts of our solutions. We create comprehensive, client-owned sales training systems. When you and your team feel comfortable, we want you to run with the solution. Our experts will always be available for consultation, but you aren’t required to have them in-house every time you present a program we have developed to your employees.
