Senior Client Relationship Manager, Consultant, and Project Manager

Lori Wayne is a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Consultant, and Project Manager with Alliance Performance Systems. As one of our most experienced project managers, Lori frequently works in conjunction with our senior relationship managers and consultants. She is known for keeping projects on track and on budget.

Lori has particular expertise in the areas of:

  • Alternate channels of sales distribution
  • Learning methodologies and facilitation
  • Major account sales
  • Team development
  • Training and development program design
  • Utilizing training to increase customer satisfaction

Prior to joining Alliance Performance Systems, Lori spent 16 years in a variety of positions with Xerox Corp. Her operational responsibilities at Xerox included designing and implementing training solutions to support new sales channels. Lori also served as a manager of strategic training operations and a vice president of sales during her extensive career.

Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development (with an emphasis in training) from Chapman University. She is based in Colorado.
