Joanne Steiner is a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Consultant, and Project Manager with Alliance Performance Systems. Joanne is known for her emphasis on driving results and for her ability to help leaders stay connected to the real work of their organizations.

Joanne has particular expertise in the areas of:

  • Coaching and consulting for change
  • Global best practices in learning and courseware design
  • Product development and fulfillment operations
  • Product launch strategies and operations across divisions
  • Sales force effectiveness
  • Sales-marketing alignment

Joanne acquired her experience in a range of operational and strategic positions with leading firms. Prior to becoming a consultant for Alliance, Joanne was Global Practice Leader of Learning Technologies and Standards for the American Management Association. She also served as a learning and development manager at Canon USA.

Joanne has a specialized master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change jointly sponsored by Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and HEC Paris. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and is an Organization Development Practitioner certified through the NTL Institute.
