Debra Myers

President, COO & CFO

Debra Myers is President, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and co-founder of Alliance Performance Systems. Debbie, as most people call her, has been using her experience in business management and instructional design to successfully drive the growth of Alliance for more than 16 years.

She has helped generate that growth by championing the commitment to high-level client and associate partner service that she and husband Dave Myers envisioned when they founded APS as a global consulting and training professional services company.

Debbie has particular expertise in the areas of:

  • Contract management
  • Large-scale project management
  • Coordinating multiple supplier partners and contract professionals
  • Process/quality improvement
  • Customer service systems design

Prior to founding Alliance Performance Systems, Debbie spent more than 30 years researching, designing, and implementing specialized curriculums for educational institutions. She has a bachelor’s degree in education from Gordon College and has completed graduate coursework in instructional design and education.

Debbie lives in Port Charlotte, Florida. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her and her husband Dave watching their youngest daughter compete in equestrian competitions.
